Can you believe it? What a freakish thing to do to a bathroom. I can’t believe they thought they could get away with… putting the toilet paper holder all the way over there.

I’m cheating again! This house is not for sale, as the homeowners love it. And who can blame them? Man, that’s one gorgeous cave. I live in a temperate rainforest, myself (albeit one with highways and tire stores and not so much with the trees), so my first thought is how frikkin’ damp it must be. But I don’t care! If it were available, I would just move my family in and start buying desiccant in barrels from Costco.

At least I think that’s a cave. I didn’t actually bother to read the article (which was found by Mr. Zarquon). Maybe it’s actually marshmallow fluff all over the ceiling. Mmmm. Fluffy... I’ll still take it! It can’t be any worse to live with than my popcorn ceilings are, after all. Man, that stuff tastes nasty, no matter how much butter I put on it.

It’s aspirational staging! One walk through this house and you’ll be thinking If I lived here, I would shop at Macy’s… and Victoria’s Secret… and some random other stores… and I would buy SO MUCH TISSUE PAPER.

Do you know what it’s like to realize you haven’t done a post for the next day yet and it’s really time to do it because Christmas dinner is about to be served and you really need to get the Santa Claus bread out before anyone has a chance to object and you’re already a bit tipsy but you don’t want to miss a day because you’ve been doing a blog for 1 1/2 years and you haven’t missed a day yet and you don’t want to break the chain and you’ve already decided to go with the Chair angels but you can’t think what to say in the caption and then your ever-so-helpful spouse walks up behind you and shouts “be funny! Now! Funny! No, funnier!” and if you don’t hurry up and finish you’re going to be stuck at the kiddie table?

Yeah, me neither. Cheers! And apologies for the writing-about-writing which is always so freaking boring but it’s the best I can do under these conditions. Blame my brother-in-law and the mean Old Blue Eye he mixed me.
