It looks like you can't even reach the house from the road, in it's current state. Although, how you carve a 2-bedroom house out of the same space as my tiny 1-bedroom apartment, I could not tell you. Maybe what they call bedrooms, the rest of us call closets... ^-.-^ There’s a whole house under there.
