The ULTIMATE single-story fixer-upper!
2 beds, 1 bath, 4 total rooms, living room, kitchen, attached parking … really???? Where???
I’m still trying to work out how 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom + 1 kitchen + 1 living room = 4 rooms total???
With a 5×8 kitchen and an 8×8 living room, don’t plan on hosting the family Thanksgiving dinner.
Not sure I’d trust that skate ramp, myself…
Why didn’t they list the size of the lot, at least??

Have you seen the movie “The Ruins” ? I think those are vines
“Attached parking” means park in the weeds, which are attached to the sides of the house.
But just think how easy it will be to reshingle.
What really cracks me up is the succession of pictures in the listing almost makes it look like the house is sinking BEFORE YOUR VERY EYES! and then it’s gone, back into the earth.

No, they are completely different photos.
One shows the garden, one shows the driveway, one shows the kennel, and the last one shows the old family cemetery in the back yard.
How can they sell this for any money at all?
Are they for real? “2 total bedroom(s)”, “1 total bath(s)”?! Sure the living room is 8×8, but that would be 8x8x0.5, wouldn’t it?

You think maybe somebody would have cut back some of the overgrowth so you could actually see it… at least more than just the roof and the tops of some windows.
It looks like you can’t even reach the house from the road, in it’s current state.
Although, how you carve a 2-bedroom house out of the same space as my tiny 1-bedroom apartment, I could not tell you. Maybe what they call bedrooms, the rest of us call closets…

Haha… I’m from Charleston, WV and despite the fact that I haven’t seen this house and am not sure where it is, the instant I saw the pictures, I somehow knew it was here! xmortified, but not suprisedx

Looks like there really are some walls (and rooms) still standing under that roof. Not much consolation, but a realtor could have done at least one photo that showed it.
