A Realtor® is a member of the National Association of Realtors®. Real estate agent is generic. Agents don’t have to be members, but they usually can’t get a key for the electronic lockboxes without membership.
I love that someone besides me says “het up.” As a current non-home-owner looking desperately (and unsuccessfully) for a house, this is a great blog, keep up the good work!
